About The Role

Incumbents will play a key role within Risk and Compliance, serving as subject matter experts for all processes conducted by various systems owned by the function. They will provide guidance, support, training, and best practices to all end users across AIA. The Group Risk and Compliance Business Support will also ensure effective governance and system maintenance, keeping our systems fit for business processes.

Key Objectives

• Support continuous improvement and effective execution of Risk and Compliance processes across markets.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Risk and Compliance systems.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Lead governance and oversight of all Risk and Compliance systems.
• Partner with IT teams maintaining these systems.

Training and Guidance

• Develop training and reference materials for end-user adoption.
• Facilitate training sessions for new joiners and key users.
• Act as the main contact for system queries.

System Support – Change Management

• Document and review business requirements for change requests.
• Support change implementation and communicate updates.
• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment of system changes.

System Support – Issue Resolution

• Support incident review and coordinate with third-party contractors.
• Analyze incident trends and propose system enhancements.

Additional System Support

• Manage user access approvals.
• Facilitate governance forums and update support materials.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in Risk and Compliance, preferably in life insurance.
• Deep understanding of system development lifecycle.
• Organized, results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong presentation skills.
