Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • To ensure the effective implementation and deployment of Maybank’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) tools, including providing guidance and advisory support to the Business Unit(BU) and Operational Risk Officers (OROs) in line with policy requirements.
  • To ensure compliance with Group frameworks, policies, guidelines/procedures and methodologies, while providing support, guidance and collaboration with Operational Risk Officers (OROs) to ensure timely and adequate submission of relevant reports and tasks.
  • To provide consultation and guidance to the OROs in the development and implementation of operational risk management programs.
  • To participate in BCM Program and BCP activation for the BU and ensure BCP arrangements at BUs are reviewed and available at the time of crisis.
  • Responsible in facilitating issuance of ORO/AORO Appointment Letter and e-learning requirement, ensuring OROs is complying to the minimum training requirement on Non-Financial Risk (NFR), Frameworks, policies, procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in areas related to Non-financial Risk management which include familiarisation on the policy, framework, procedure as well as using system as an NFR (ORMS and GRC) tools.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in any data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
  • Resourceful, able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrates ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders.
