Job description

Lead and supervise production technicians and machine operators to deliver consistent, high‑quality output.

Ensure responsible and efficient use of workshop assets, tools, and machinery.

Drive a strong safety culture by enforcing safe work practices aligned with local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Oversee machining activities for precision‑engineered components, including rolls and related equipment.

Operate and maintain workshop machines, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.

Uphold company standards for quality, safety, environment, and management systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to avoid workflow disruptions.

Plan and prepare daily production schedules, machining instructions, and job setups.

Manage material, parts, and consumables orders for both internal needs and external suppliers.

Support mechanical disassembly and assembly activities when required.

Perform inspections and prepare service, machining, and grinding reports with accuracy.

Mandarin proficiency is a must.

Job Requirements

Experience supervising technicians/operators in a machining, manufacturing, workshop, or heavy-equipment environment.

Strong understanding of machining processes, workshop operations, or roll‑related equipment.

Hands‑on mechanical or machining skills.

Knowledge of safety and quality compliance requirements.

Ability to lead, plan, and troubleshoot in a fast‑paced workshop setting.
