Job Description: Operation Supervisor (Cement Brick)

Factory Location: Simpang Halt, Taiping Perak

Position Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Note: Preferably LOCAL candidates only, as no accommodation allowance is provided.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to join LV Concrete Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at our cement brick production facility, ensuring efficient and quality output through strong leadership and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet order deadlines
2. Monitor production processes and equipment for issues
3. Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
4. Train and guide staff to enhance skills and productivity
5. Communicate with management regarding production targets and challenges
6. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or construction materials
• Strong knowledge of cement brick production, equipment, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software for monitoring operations
