Supervise and coordinate the work of production and distribution teams to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met

Monitor and analyse operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Liaise with cross-functional teams to address any issues or bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations

Provide training and development support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows
