Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operations team.
  • Monitor workflow and ensure daily production targets are met.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Identify process improvements and lead continuous
  • Maintain accurate records of operational performance and prepare reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Handle inventory control and manage stock levels.
  • Assist in scheduling and workforce planning.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

Job Requirements

  • Based Location at Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
  • At Least Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in this field.
  • Can spoken and written in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or production.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
