Operation Manager - Premix/Quarry ( Manufacturing / Construction )

Your Impactful Role as Operation Manager ( Manufacturing / Construction ):

To Plan, Organize & Quality Management of all Premix Manufacturing activities.

Good reporting System of regulatory requirements & products specifications - HSSE, JKKP, DOE, JKR etc.

Ensure that the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) Management System is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements at all times, including International Standards, local regulations, code of practices and legal requirements.

Timely compilation of Operation and related Management Reports.

Good Analytical skills and strong supporting Teamwork roles to inter-departments.

Strong leadership and ability to handle pressure in a challenging environment.

Technical Control: Work with the technical department to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Communication (both written & spoken) skills: Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and if you're multilingual, such as in Mandarin or other dialects, it's a definite plus!

Experience in Quarry, Premix and related building materials operation is an advantage.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer technology.
