About the role

Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Manager (Construction / Precast) to join our team in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our construction and precast production operations, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness across our construction and precast production processes
2. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our construction sites and precast manufacturing facilities
3. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects and precast production
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Manage and mentor a team of construction and production professionals
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction or precast operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects or precast production operations
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, precast manufacturing processes, and project management principles
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
