Job description

Oversee day-to-day operations of the processing plant, ensuring optimal production output, quality control, and safety compliances.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight

Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials while optimizing transportation costs and schedules.

Liaise with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain a streamlined supply chain.

3. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance

Champion safety culture across all operational areas.

Ensure all operations comply with company HSE policy and local regulations.

Lead incident investigations and develop preventive measures.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, operators, and logistics staff.

Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with management to drive strategic initiatives and investments.

Qualification:

10 – 15 years of experience in chemical plant operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Proven leadership in HSE practices and compliance.

Excellent communication, planning, and team management skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems, process control systems, and continuous improvement tools.

**Note: This role will required to monitor the operations in our branch located in Jurong Island, Singapore.
