Key Responsibilities
Â
Technical & Electrical Maintenance
Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and repairs on general electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
Diagnose, replace, and install power transformers for lightboxes, signage, and other company assets.
Manage all aspects of electrical work in compliance with safety standards.
Security System Management
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's CCTV surveillance systems to ensure they are fully operational.
Manage camera positioning, recording equipment, and system checks.
Event & Roadshow Support
Lead the technical setup and teardown for company roadshows, promotions, and corporate events.
Ensure all equipment, including lighting, sound systems, and displays, are installed correctly and are in good working order.
IT & Network Support
Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi routers and basic network infrastructure.
Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity for daily operations and special events.
Coordination & Administration
Liaise effectively with building management, local councils, and other external parties to apply for and secure necessary work permits for maintenance, installations, or events.
Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Â
Education: Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar hands-on technical or facilities maintenance role.
Technical Skills
Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures. A competency certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) would be a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
Familiarity with basic network setup and Wi-Fi router configuration.
Other Requirements
Possess a valid driver's license and preferably have your own transport.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required for event setups and urgent maintenance tasks.
