ABOUT THE JOB

To formulate, lead, manage and operate all operation and maintenance activities network and infra towards achieving best practices and operational excellence in order to provide timely service fulfilment and effective service assurance in meeting customer needs and expectation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures for network and infrastructure management.
• Lead the Managed Service Infra team to ensure smooth and effective operations aligned with business objectives.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure service continuity and operational stability.
• Manage and guide operations staff or team leaders to meet performance targets and deliverables.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational consistency and knowledge transfer.

Service Fulfilment & Assurance

• Ensure timely service fulfilment to support business and customer requirements.
• Monitor service levels and ensure effective incident and problem management.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Continuously review and improve operational workflows for better performance and compliance.

Performance Monitoring

• Define KPIs and operational metrics to measure performance and service quality.
• Use data to drive decisions and optimize operations.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Serve as a liaison between upper management and the operational team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to support operations.

• Strong expertise in networking (e.g., HP switches, Radware Alteon)
• Proficiency in security technologies (e.g., FortiGate, Check Point, Juniper SRX, TippingPoint, Cisco ISE)
• Experience with backup solutions (e.g., IBM Tape, tapeless backup)
• Required certifications: Fortinet NSE4, CCNP Security or CCNP Enterprise
• Advantageous certifications: PMP, Certified Operations Manager (COM), ITIL 4
• Knowledge of VM infrastructure (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), especially in secure banking environments.
