Program Structure

During this time, you will have the opportunity to rotate across various department within Group Operations, including Consumer and Commercial Banking Operations, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Banking, and Payments Operations. The program is a dynamic blend of classroom training and hands-on, on-the-job assignments. Your job roles will involve either administrative or operational responsibilities, providing a well-rounded experience.

Rotational Program Breakdown

• 2 weeks of intensive training
• 7.5 months of rotational assignments across different operational areas

Requirement
