Overview

Operation Executive (Event Management) – Fresh Grad/Entry level welcome. We are expanding our business in events such as exhibitions, roadshows, mall decorations and signboards of all kinds. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are keen to explore sales roles.

Your main task is to assist the Events Manager to complete all relevant tasks for events. You may need to travel to meet clients, so it is beneficial to have your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior in project tasks.
• Handle sales & marketing services, client servicing and project management control.
• Follow up on tasks and provide support in ongoing projects.
• Be in charge of project planning, manage suppliers and cost control to ensure smooth running of projects.
• Prepare event materials and support on-site requirements.
• Participate in on-site event set-up (daytime and midnight as required).
• No experience required – full training & coaching will be provided.
• Work with friendly seniors and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to speak & write in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin clients.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on allocated tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to quick changes.
