Join us at APT Professional Team Sdn. Bhd as a Full-Time Operations Executive in the beauty industry, based in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Earn up to MYR 4,500.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Can speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in outlet or retail operations. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in retail management are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Role Overview: Operations Executive for Salon & Retail Operations within the Beauty Industry. We offer training and mentorship to help you grow from a team member to a leadership role within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outlet walk-throughs and ensuring SOP compliance.
  • Overseeing daily retail operations including sales, customer service, staffing, and administration.
  • Verifying marketing promotions, product launches, and display accuracy.
  • Leading outlet meetings covering sales, P&L, audits, customer feedback, staff progress, and marketing campaigns.

Operational Audit & Compliance:

  • Performing cash audits, reconciling sales, bank amounts, and voids.
  • Reviewing inventory control and ensuring accurate weekly stock takes.

Customer Service & Maintenance:

  • Addressing customer feedback and store issues.
  • Monitoring staff behavior and professionalism.
  • Reporting maintenance issues.

Planning & Performance Analysis:

  • Identifying factors affecting outlet performance.
  • Optimizing workflows and managing deadlines.
  • Conducting staff evaluations and providing feedback for improvement.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • 5-day workweek with off days on weekdays or one day off on weekends.
