SK KONG TRADING & TRANSPORT SDN BHD is seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Pulau Meranti, Selangor. As the Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our import/export and customs operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and overseeing the import and export of goods, including liaising with freight forwarders, and other relevant parties
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant import/export and customs regulations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Preparing and processing documentation related to import/export activities
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assisting with logistics planning
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or logistics role, preferably within the import/export or customs industry
  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to produce detailed reports and documentation
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex operational challenges
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently
