An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support warehouse management and inventory control. In this role, you will monitor stock levels, assist with regular stock counts, and ensure the availability of installation spare parts. You will collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels across multiple warehouse locations.
Support regular stock counts and reconciliation exercises, and assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in stock records.
Coordinate returns from cancelled or reworked jobs, ensuring accurate tracking and proper inventory updates.
Ensure availability of installation spare parts and tools through regular monitoring, replenishment planning, and coordination with vendors.
Assist with warehouse-related activities, including stock movement, item tracking, and documentation to support day-to-day operations.
Prepare and manage delivery orders, installation notes, and other documents to support field teams and job completion tracking.
Assist in reviewing and verifying supplier or warehouse invoices for accuracy before submission to management.
Conduct regular checks on technician vans to ensure tools and spare parts are complete, functional, and accounted for.
Summarize and report usage of spare parts and tools, and ensure all records are aligned with system entries and stock outflow.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, and other departments to support the smooth execution of installation and service operations.
Study and analyze all stock and part defect trends, report to Managing Director and related parties.
Perform sampling checks on arrived stocks, spare parts, and tools to ensure quality and proper assembly.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in operations or warehouse management is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
