About the Role

As an Operation Executive in Smile-Link Dental Support Organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our dental clinics. This position requires someone who is passionate about serving patients, committed to supporting dentists and nurses, and willing to take responsibility in upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support daily operations of clinics to ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Work closely with dentists, nurses, and clinic staff to provide the support they need to focus on patient care.
  • Ensure clinics comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent availability of equipment, consumables, and oral care products.
  • Monitor clinic operations, resolve issues, and escalate challenges when necessary.
  • Assist in implementing new initiatives, systems, and improvements across clinics.
  • Provide reports and feedback to management for continuous service and operational enhancement.
