About the role

Turcomp EMS Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring efficient and effective business processes.

What you'll be doing

Handling Sales Administration, Daily Operation Activities and Customer Supports

Handling Pricing Agreement, Sales Contract and Commercial requirements

To support in office business operation, documentation & follow up on day to day RFQ, including quoted submissions

To prepare & submit timely commercial proposal for inquiry or tender

To prepare quotation in response to the inquiries receive

To closely monitor status of goods deliver till invoicing to end client

Manage and oversee the administrative functions of the organisation, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping

Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required

Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

To perform other duties / assignments at such time and in such manner as Company may from time to time direct

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in an administrative or operational role

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management
