Qualifications

Job description

Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating day-to-day operational activities to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including kitchen, front-of-house, and management to streamline operational workflow.

Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure timely procurement and optimal stock availability, while minimizing waste and shortages.

Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and maintain consistent quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the POS system if it malfunctions or encounters any technical difficulties.

Analyze and monitor key operational metrics (i.e. gross profit margin, food & labour cost percentage, inventory turnover) to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement, providing valuable insights to Operations Manager.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, including reports, inventory records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support in conducting regular audits and inspections to assess operational performance, ensure consistency in procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive working relationships.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Position Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply or at least 1 year working experience in related field is an added advantage.

Detail-oriented and result driven.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in speaking and writing English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
