A dynamic company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Executive to manage product information and enhance collaboration across teams. The role involves creating documents, analyzing customer feedback, and improving business processes. Candidates should have experience in HR and be fluent in both Mandarin and English. This position offers a pathway for growth within the company as it expands its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
Business product information management and process collaboration
Responsible for the preparation, update and maintenance of product description documents, standard material templates, FAQ content and other materials for global employment products (EOR/Payroll);
As a product collaboration interface, responsible for handling product-level issues in daily operations of sales, customer success and other teams, and providing structured responses and document support;
Connecting internal and external business processes, promoting the unified sorting of common problems, standard operations, and service boundaries, reducing repeated communication and content deviations;
Assisting product managers in organizing business process diagrams and responsibility boundary diagrams to improve cross-departmental understanding efficiency.
Collaboration support and product expression optimization
Assisting product managers in organizing and outputting product iteration plans, and participating in internal material planning and expression optimization;
Connecting sales, customer success, and delivery teams, handling product-side information flow, problem feedback, and standard speech convergence;
Assisting in building a standardized template library (such as contract terms comparison table, service module combination proposal, etc.).
Decision support and content analysis
Collect customer feedback and common problems on the front line, and provide structured sorting and improvement suggestions in combination with product positioning;
Participate in product research on specific topics, assist the person in charge to promote demand summary, competitive product analysis or material archiving;
As a "document hub", build a closed loop of product operation information flow.
Job requirements
Have work experience in Chinese companies, 1-3 years of process management, human resources, operation support, and pre-sales support related experience
Strong logical thinking and structured expression ability, able to abstract complex information into reusable documents or materials;
Fluent mandarin and English working languages, good at bilingual content writing and data management;
Proficient in using Word/Excel/PPT and other collaborative tools;
Familiar with the human resources industry, those who have worked in EOR, Payroll, human resources services, BPO and other industries are preferred.
