  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in tour operations or a related field in the travel industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using relevant travel booking and operational systems is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services in Malaysia and the surrounding region.
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach and a passion for the tourism industry.
  • Working hours: 10am - 7pm with 2 fixed off days (Tues-Wed) on weekdays/weekends.

  • Provide travel consultants/relevant departments with information regarding travel destinations, itinerary arrangements, travel and accommodation reservations, and passenger check-in and departure procedures.
  • Obtain information about the availability, cost, and convenience of different transport and accommodation options, and advise customers on travel arrangements.
  • Provide information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, along with maps and brochures.
  • Make and confirm reservations for travel, tours, and accommodation.
  • Issue tickets, boarding passes, and vouchers.
  • Assist customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas.
  • Verify travel documentation and register passengers and luggage at check-in and departure.
  • Prepare bills and receive payments.
  • EPF/SOCSO benefits.
  • Office located at Q Sentral, easily accessible by public transport (MRT/LRT).
