A prominent food and beverage company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operation Executive to oversee daily outlet operations across multiple locations. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a diploma in any field. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of managing staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
As an Operation Executive in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining service standards and supporting team performance across multiple locations. You will be responsible for coordinating between management and outlet teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure assigned outlets operate efficiently, profitably and in alignment with company standards.
Serve as a communication link between outlet teams and management.
Support and supervise the daily operations across all designated outlets.
Daily responsibilities include ensuring each outlet is adequately staffed to support daily operations, managing manpower planning across outlets in line with labor cost guidelines, reviewing opening and closing reports from all outlets, and conducting outlet visits to review outlet cleanliness and overall condition, staff behavior and performance, product quality and consistency, stock availability and discrepancies, and any additional issues or operational concerns.
Weekly responsibilities include planning staff schedules based on outlet operational needs, compiling and reporting weekly labor cost data, and conducting monthly staff performance appraisals.
