Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle import and export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
  • Plan and arrange transportation for goods delivery to customers.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications for vehicle permits.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international standards
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of operational activities.
  • Generate regular reports on operational performance for management review.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations
  • Experience in import-export processes and licensing/permit applications is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to travel across West & East Malaysia
