As Operation Executive at Avelon Healthcare Group, your job scope will be as follows:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, orders, logistics & packing, admin, and sales customer service.

Perform stock receiving, including verifying physical stock and keying in goods received in the system. Monitor and manage stock inventory for accuracy and sufficiency.

Key in customer orders and prepare consignment notes.

Enhance inventory management systems such as procedures, product change codes, pricing, inventory, authorization, document templates, etc.

Liaise with housekeeping, security, and dispatch.

Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season.

Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or assist the manager in setting promotions as necessary.

Regularly address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate and prepare goods returns to suppliers.

Plan and manage the driver’s delivery schedule and routes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure. Good communication and coordination skills to manage stock movement and driver scheduling.

Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or administrative support in a wholesale/distribution environment.
