Job description

RM2,800.00/bln - RM4,500.00/bln

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and monitor the flow of goods across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulations.
  • Implement and maintain logistics management systems to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with cross-border experience (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand).
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management principles and practices, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.
