Job Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and monitor the flow of goods across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulations.
- Implement and maintain logistics management systems to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with cross-border experience (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand).
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of logistics management principles and practices, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Experience in coordinating and managing cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.
