    Job Title: Operation Assistant

    Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,000

    Working Hours: 8 am - 6 pm or 6 pm - 4 am (rotational shift, 2 days off per week)

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Complete daily operational tasks such as registration, deposits, withdrawals, reporting, and other operational duties accurately and timely.
    2. Perform end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for new and existing clients, ensuring proper documentation.
    3. Conduct risk assessments based on client profiles, location, and transaction patterns to identify and mitigate risks.
    4. Assist in drafting, preparing, and implementing operational procedures, guidelines, and documents.
    5. Notify relevant parties of operational policies, changes, or notices.
    6. Support system setup according to established procedures.
    7. Prepare reports and present findings as required.
    8. Respond promptly to inquiries from departments and clients, providing timely resolutions.
    9. Ensure secure storage of clients’ information and documents in compliance with regulations.
    10. Coordinate with other teams on operational matters.
    11. Assist finance in deposit and withdrawal reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
    12. Cooperate with compliance and audit teams to provide required documentation.
    13. Proactively prevent involvement in illegal activities and report concerns.
    14. Record and handle customer complaints promptly.
    15. Follow the assigned shift schedule and address issues with supervisors.
    Knowledge and Qualifications:
    1. Participate in relevant training sessions and pass required tests.
    2. Have a background in finance, banking, financial services, or insurance.
    3. Meet qualification requirements for the operational role as per regulations.
    4. Adhere to internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory standards.
    5. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
