Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Review Overtime Approval documents for completeness and proceed for supervisor approval.
  • Create and update various operational ledgers, such as vehicle dispatch records, scheduling logs, and expense details.
  • Regularly verify ledger data against system records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Record daily fuel data based on receipts into the tracking system.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly fuel usage reports to assess vehicle fuel efficiency and identify irregularities.
  • Monitor the usage of company toll cards and compile transaction summaries regularly.
  • Assist in checking whether toll expenses are reasonable and report any abnormalities promptly.
  • Responsible for compiling and organizing daily task completion data for drivers/vehicles (e.g., delivery notes, dispatch records).
  • Reconcile actual completed tasks against the scheduled plan and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Assist in generating daily operations reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with basic data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good at document filing and organization.
  • Responsible and able to work independently on daily tasks.
  • Good in both English and Malay, both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage.
