  • Minimum Diploma in any technical subject, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or business support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • For Business Support position, basic knowledge of accounting principles is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SQL, Autocount).

Operation Support:
  • Timesheet reporting, assisting with client contracts and administration.
  • Responsible for crew coordination, overseeing mobilization and demobilization activities, and communicating with admin for flight and hotel arrangements.
  • Handling offshore visit approvals and ensuring all required documents (e.g., safety passports, permits, medicals, certificates) are available and submitted on time.
  • Supporting Tender Department with documentation, data compilation, and submission during Market Screening, RFQ, and ITB processes.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Business Support:
  • Assist Business Support Manager with client invoicing, monthly revenue reporting, and administration.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders.
  • Support procurement activities, vendor management, and purchase orders.
  • Assist HR activities such as recruitment, CV screening, shortlisting, staff onboarding, preparing consultant agreements, and maintaining employee records.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Handle KWSP, SOCSO, Medical claims, and ensure compliance with Labour Law regarding leave.
