Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 1 year experience in manufacturing required.

Job Description

• Operate the silo production lines diligently to ensure proper material handling, accurate data recording, and timely report generation while achieving the desired capacity.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, Food Act and Regulations, 5S, and safety SOP requirements to meet stringent quality expectations from customers and regulatory bodies.
• Implement pest control measures to prevent infestations.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain machinery and equipment to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Train, assign work, and supervise subordinates to achieve expected output and standards.
• Comply with FSSC 22000 requirements and actively support related activities.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificates/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Manufacturing.
• Positive work attitude.
• This position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
