We are seeking a detail-oriented Operation Assistant (E-Commerce) to join our dynamic team at Quaine Group. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing daily order processing tasks, including fulfilment, delivery schedules, and stock management.

What you'll be doing

• Process and fulfill orders from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and our Website.
• Ensure order fulfilments meet quality standards and platform requirements.
• Monitor and manage stock inventory.
• Oversee e-commerce platform operations and assist with customer inquiries when required.

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates are welcome; proper training and guidance will be provided.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, TikTok, etc., is a major plus.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
