Responsibilities:
- Check and verify the marking and labelling on cargo transferred from GHA Warehouse by the import operation team.
- Ensure the timely return of documents to the carrier after submission and amendments.
- Counter check the import documentation to match with the physical cargo for verification.
- Ensure that cargo is transferred on time based on the flight arrival time.
- Update/report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure the date updates are accurate and complete in Tango.
- Accept any other job responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
- Attend to all customer queries related to shipments promptly.
- Ensure correct retrieval of carrier documents concerning customer goods.
Minimum Requirements:
- SPM 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in airfreight cargo.
- Knowledge of import operations is an advantage.
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
