About the role

Prifaria Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation and Safety Executive to join our team in Bukit Rambai, Melaka. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, contributing to the broader objectives of our Transport & Logistics business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to promote the wellbeing of our drivers and other personnel

Monitoring fleet performance and identifying opportunities for operational improvements

Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Providing training and guidance to drivers on safe driving practices and emergency response procedures

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to optimize fleet utilization and address any operational challenges

Maintaining detailed records and preparing reports on fleet performance, safety metrics, and compliance

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a fleet management or operations role within the Road Transport or Logistics industry

Strong understanding of fleet safety regulations, maintenance protocols, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with drivers, managers, and other stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Proficient in using fleet management software and data analysis tools

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
