About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Admin Coordinator to join our growing team at SNT Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our logistics business.

What you'll be doing

Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, document processing, and coordinating logistical arrangements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to operations

Handle customer enquiries and liaise with various internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required

Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures

Take note of minute meetings and update to the Management

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
