A leading oil & gas company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operability Lead Engineer. The role involves ensuring operability and maintainability requirements during all project phases, from engineering to handover. Candidates should possess a BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering discipline and 5-7 years of industry experience. Familiarity with FPSO design and engineering processes is essential. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to project success.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with previous international experience.
• Good general knowledge of FPSO design and familiarity with engineering processes and design office phases.
• Operations exposure is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and provide operability and maintainability input across project stages.
• Ensure designs meet Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) targets.
• Supervise and coordinate SBM Operations Discipline Superintendents.
