Job summary

PayNet (Payments Network Malaysia) is seeking a Programme Manager to own the operational heartbeat of Open Finance programmes. You will keep multiple workstreams aligned, accountable, and moving forward, turning programme complexity into clear reporting, governance, and actionable insights.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and industry participants to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Ability to translate complex delivery data into actionable insights.
• Strong governance and reporting discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated programme plans and dashboards across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate governance forums and track decisions to closure.
• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation actions.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
