Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Software Development, Application Support, Production Support, or a similar technical role.
• Good understanding of application architecture and basic programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration scenarios.
• Experience using logs, API records, and database queries for initial triage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership mindset with excellent communication and cross-team coordination.
• Able to stay organized under pressure during live production incidents.
• On-site role with rotating shifts or on-call schedule.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for production incidents and alerts.
• Perform initial issue triage by analyzing logs, API requests, and DB records.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve incidents through closure.
• Monitor third-party service status and incident notifications; communicate updates.
• Retrieve and analyze production data to support investigations.
• Maintain incident records, procedures, and ownership information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.
• Role focuses on production support, not feature development.
• Participate in rotating shifts or on-call schedules.
