Navartis Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the onsite delivery of a hyperscale Data Centre campus development in Selangor, Malaysia. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on construction management, with a preference for Data Centre experience, and a Six-day onsite week. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on construction management experience on ground-up projects.
• Experience in Data Centre construction or similar technically demanding environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing main contractors, subcontractors and site labour.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily onsite construction activities across civil, structural, architectural and MEP packages.
• Act as the primary onsite contact for contractors, consultants and stakeholders to drive coordination.
• Monitor site progress with inspections and walks to ensure quality and adherence to schedule.
• Manage construction schedules, milestones and recovery plans for delays and constraints.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with contractors to maintain programme alignment.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards per local regulations.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and handle non-conformances promptly.
• Coordinate testing and pre-commissioning activities for structural works and utilities.
• Liaise with engineers, consultants and authorities to resolve technical queries.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics to maintain safety and progress.
