Job Title: Online Sales Clerk (with Live Sales)
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Storefronts: Upload and update products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
- Process Orders: Handle incoming online orders, verify stock, prepare invoices, and coordinate packing and delivery.
- Customer Service: Reply to customer inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Conduct Live Sales: Host or assist in live streaming sessions on platforms like Facebook Live, TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live to promote products, answer questions, and boost real-time sales.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing online promotions, vouchers, and sales campaigns to attract customers.
- Inventory Management: Update stock counts, ensure online listings match available stock, and assist in restocking activities.
- Content Creation: Support creating basic content (photos, videos, captions) for online stores and social media pages.
- Sales Reporting: Record daily sales, live sales performance, customer feedback, and report to management.
- Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and resolve basic delivery issues.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and trends, especially in live selling.
Skills Needed:
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live tools
- Customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
