Job description

Job Responsibility
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Assist and follow up on existing customers and potential clients, with leads provided by the company.
  • Provide quick and timely solutions to all customer-related issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Manage inbound calls/queries from WhatsApp and email efficiently.
  • Handle complaints, offer appropriate resolutions and alternatives, and follow up within specified timelines to ensure resolution.
  • Record customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and archive documents. Capable of creating high-quality documents, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and customer journey manuals.
Job Requirements

We are expanding our team as we make rapid progress with our personal IP on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and TikTok. We have mastered successful strategies on these platforms and can help you replicate them.

Currently, we are the largest course production company in the knowledge payment field, with TikTok and Xiaohongshu as our main platforms. Our profits are strong, and self-media is a promising industry.

Requirements
  • Language: Mandarin
  • Education: SPM graduate or above
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Bonus: Experience in marketing, e-commerce, direct selling, or sales-related fields
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Experience in customer service or related fields (e.g., telemarketing, billing processing, customer contact) is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant voice
  • Ability to address and resolve customer issues or concerns
  • Follow up with inactive or unresponsive accounts to ensure successful product implementation
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Zoom, etc.)
  • Stay updated on course and product features and releases
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure
  • Eager to learn and grow, with a positive attitude and good character
