- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor online sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement online marketing strategies, including social media campaigns (Instagram), to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through online communication channels, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update the company's WordPress website, including content updates, product uploads, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process online orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and personalize online marketing efforts.
