Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Monitor online sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement online marketing strategies, including social media campaigns (Instagram), to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through online communication channels, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update the company's WordPress website, including content updates, product uploads, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process online orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and personalize online marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.
  • Proficiency in online marketing strategies and techniques is required.
  • Experience with WordPress and Instagram for business purposes is essential.
