Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfillment operations across multiple online channels.
• Manage and streamline order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and IT, to maintain a seamless fulfillment process.
• Monitor fulfillment performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Oversee relationships with fulfillment partners, carriers, and vendors to support efficient order processing and shipping operations.
• Lead a team of fulfillment specialists to execute operational tasks and meet fulfillment goals.
• Implement best practices and technologies to enhance fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in fulfillment operations management, preferably in a multichannel e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
