Online Business Development Manager

• Manage and nurture client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services and ensuring long-term growth through strategic account development.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each client’s business, needs and pain points, using this insight to effectively align and propose tailored solutions with their objectives.
• Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and clients at all levels to enhance satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, focusing on client retention and project coordination as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
• Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new opportunities, providing sales support and ensuring continued engagement to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with project/account management, with a proven ability to identify sales opportunities and expand business within existing accounts.
• Proven experience in B2B client management, preferably in industries like FMCG/ F&B or others that require solution-driven sales and account growth.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute to revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic sales efforts.
• Creative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose solutions that drive client satisfaction and sales.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese & English, with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software and sales tools.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive.
