- Monitor inventory situation – Reporting and Follow-Up
- Allocate the inventory from warehouse to stores and E-commerce channel.
- Frequently consolidate the inventory when the product is running low in inventory.
- Arrange ad-hoc request from store level, such as customer request transfer.
- Ensure the product launch on time according to the Merchandise Plan / Marketing Launch Plan.
- Liaise with Retail Operations and Logistics on all deliveries to sales points.
- Coordinate and inform Sales Operations and Visual Merchandising on the product launch plan.
- Assist the marketing team to allocate the seeding stocks.
ii. Supply Chain Management
- Liaise with Product Team and Logistic Team to monitor the product’s arrival.
- Prepare / Update the arrival date and launch date for the new season launch.
- Managing the transfer within system locations upon product’s arrival.
- Ad-hoc Inventory Arrangement – Regional Transfers.
- Prepare raw sales data and submit to regional team by weekly basis.
- Assist Merchandising Manager to prepare the subsidiary sales business.
- Actively participate in the weekly retail store meeting to understand the store business.
- Perform store visits often to understand the store business from store team members.
- Managing the new season sell thru, sales performance.
iv. Other Tasks
Ad Hoc
- Assist Merchandising Manager to prepare report if there’s any needed.
- Assist Merchandising Manager to manage and update SKUs monthly for the Digital team to ensure synchronization with retail launch dates.
- Assist Merchandising Manager to update the Item Master if there’s any needed.
Stock Take
- Involved in stores stock take which is conducted twice a year.
- Liaise with Retail Operation Team and Logistics Team on the delivery to sales point during stock take period.
Store Openings
- Under guidance of Merchandising Manager, ensure that allocation is planned to store planogram and capacity and delivered by the given timeline.
- Assist the retail team to support for the store opening.
Job Required:
- Tertiary education. Diploma in Retail Management / Business is preferred.
- 4 years of relevant working experience gained in a multi channel retail environment, including experience in stock control, merchandising or stock allocation within a retail environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Passionate with Fashion.
- Good team player and proactive.
- Detailed minded, service oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel.
