Job description

About the role:
We are seeking an onboarding engineer who is an experienced, technically skilled professional capable of providing technical expertise across Logicalis's tooling, onboarding new clients, managing their ticket queues and hygiene, and participating in small projects related to onboarding new customers.


The engineer will enhance the efficiency of the customer onboarding process, learn and adapt to new tools and processes, identify automation opportunities, and confidently represent Logicalis to internal customers and clients.

The person:

You will bring experience and a passion for technology, along with strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

You enjoy learning about new technologies that Logicalis utilizes.

You are self-motivated, proactive in driving outcomes, and eager to take on additional tasks.

You have an interest in Monitoring, ITSM, Security, and Automation.

You will thrive by working closely with engineers across the business and managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong stakeholder relationships.


Accountabilities:

You will manage and maintain Logicalis tools, primarily LogicMonitor, BeyondTrust, and ServiceNow, including supporting vendors, onboarding clients and users, and improving tooling processes. You will also identify automation opportunities to increase productivity.

Support:

Manage incidents, requests, and changes in ServiceNow, maintain ticket hygiene, and document solutions and knowledge in the Logicalis knowledge base.

Onboarding:

Participate in projects to set up tooling for new clients, improve onboarding processes, and automate onboarding tasks. Attend client meetings to explain processes and tools.

Your experience:

Required:

  • At least three years of experience in Azure, networking, or digital workspace technologies.
  • At least three years of experience with ServiceNow and LogicMonitor.
  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks.
  • Confidence in communicating and presenting to clients and customers.
  • A passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
  • An understanding of broader business objectives.
