Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the entire onboarding process for candidates—from the signed job offer until the candidates have successfully traveled.
• Maintain and manage all documentation for candidates with job offers, ensuring each process for each market is completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure candidates' documents are stored securely and completely.
• Analyze candidates' profiles to anticipate potential challenges.
• Communicate actively with candidates regarding necessary documents, processes, charges, and relocation procedures.
• Deliver onboarding programs for international hires.
• Stay updated on the latest policies, laws, processes, and documentation to facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Report to management and clients.
• Complete any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
