Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Customer Service, Client Onboarding, or Customer Success roles. KYC (Know Your Customer) experience is mandatory.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  3. Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  4. Working Hours: Must be open to rotational shifts, including weekends. Shift options include:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure client records comply with AML and KYC standards in a timely and accurate manner.
  • KYC Review & Verification: Review and verify KYC data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence: Conduct EDD on high-risk clients as required.
  • Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process from sign-up to first transaction, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Customer Advocacy & Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer, identifying gaps and initiating projects to improve onboarding.
