Responsibilities:

• Customer Identity Verification: Review and validate identification documents (e.g., passport, utility bills, business licenses).

• Client Communication: Liaise with customers to collect necessary KYC documents or clarify information; provide support during the onboarding or review process.

• Reporting & Escalation: Report potential risks or suspicious activity to compliance officers. Prepare KYC reports for internal audits or regulatory reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification: SPM (must pass) or higher.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

• Must be able to work on-site in Cyberjaya.

• Must be able to start between 24 June and 1 July.
