Responsibilities

• Responsible for clients training at franchised stores and maintaining store standardization.
• Conduct audits at Malaysian stores, summarize issues occurring in the region, and present data.
• Create teaching materials, handle problems based on issues arising and risks at stores, and provide training for licensee clients.
• Travel outstation and conduct on-site duties at store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least STPM / Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Friendly to colleagues and clients, flexible-minded, skilled in handling customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
