Job summary

Isolab Sdn Bhd is seeking a on-site Research Assistant to support field mapping, engage clinical researchers, and coordinate tasks across projects. You will work closely with the biotech team to gain hands-on research experience in a fast-growing medical environment.

This role welcomes students or fresh graduates from science or lab-related fields who are proactive, responsible, and able to follow instructions. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Open to students or fresh graduates from science or lab-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day research projects: field mapping, engage clinical researchers, coordinate tasks and stakeholders.
• Learn to manage full cycle of research projects from field work to coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end project execution.
