Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations, Maintenance & Instrumentation Supervisor/Engineer in Kulim, Kedah. You will oversee safe, reliable operation of our industrial gas production facilities, gain hands-on exposure to plant operations, and lead reliability improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, instrumentation, or related industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance practices with focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Proactive team player with good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of ASU, AEL (H2), Ecovar plants, N2 Generator Plants and pipeline systems to ensure continuous product supply.
• Monitor plant performance, support planned maintenance activities, and drive operational excellence to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company standards, permit-to-work requirements, and change management processes; comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and SHEQ teams to meet targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Support KPI reporting, spare parts management, plant maintenance activities, and staff training and development.
